Our client is a reputable and fast-growing civil contractor with a solid footprint across the Brisbane region.
Specialising in urban subdivision and infrastructure projects, they have secured multiple new contracts and are expanding their team.
With a strong pipeline of work on both the Northside and Southside, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of key projects.
The Role As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the strategic planning and execution of urban subdivision projects.
From tender award to handover, you'll lead a team of engineers and supervisors while liaising with clients, councils, and consultants to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Your ability to anticipate project risks, drive performance, and plan ahead will be critical to your success.
Key Responsibilities Lead strategic project planning, resourcing, and delivery of urban subdivision works Develop and track project programs, budgets, and forecasts Oversee risk management, design coordination, and client communication Mentor and lead site-based teams and junior engineers Coordinate with clients, consultants, and local authorities Manage subcontractor procurement, performance, and claims Ensure safety, environmental, and quality standards are met across all sites About You Proven experience managing civil projects—urban subdivisions or land development Strong strategic planning and problem-solving capability Sound knowledge of earthworks, services installation, roadworks, and infrastructure delivery Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills Familiarity with local authority processes and compliance standards Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field preferred Strong commercial and contractual understanding Why Join?Diverse project locations across North and South Brisbane Join a growth-focused contractor with long-term project security Play a key role in shaping project strategy and team performance Supportive leadership team with a clear career pathway Competitive salary package + vehicle + potential for bonuses Apply Now If you're a civil Project Manager with strong strategic planning ability and a passion for leading quality outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.
