
Technology Lawyer, Remote

Responsibilities
Advising clients on a wide range of technology-related legal matters, including data privacy, cybersecurity, and intellectual property.
Drafting and negotiating a range of technology contracts, including Saa S agreements.
Providing advice on innovative new technologies, evolving AI legal issues, and data privacy/cybersecurity matters.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Offering strategic guidance on emerging technology trends and their legal implications through a commercial lens.
Requirements
5+ years PQE within top-tier private practice, further in-house experience highly regarded.
Deep understanding of technology law and experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of Saa S contracts.
In-depth knowledge of Australian data privacy laws and regulations including the Privacy Act.
A commercial and pragmatic approach with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Must have full Australian working rights and be admitted to practice law in Australia.
