It's this energy that fuels our continued momentum.www.madegroup.com The Role The Senior Graphic Designer will be the driving force behind the visual expression of MADE Group's brands including Cocobella and Rokeby.
Working across packaging, print, digital and integrated campaigns, you'll bring bold, creative solutions to life in a way that connects with consumers and elevates our design standards.
In a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, you'll take ownership of projects end-to-end, balancing hands-on craft with creative problem solving.
You'll work closely with a cross functional team to evolve visual identities, deliver high-quality design at speed, and ensure consistency across every touchpoint.
With a focus on both craft and impact, you'll be open to offering strategic vision whilst also rolling up your sleeves to execute.
You will have the opportunity to shape design direction, art direct content creation, and manage freelancers and suppliers when needed.

Key Responsibilities: Create outstanding holistic design solutions across packaging and communications across each of the company's brands Maintain the creative integrity and design standards while ensuring creative is delivered on time and within budget Own the full scope of design work concepting and development for always-on marketing projects, including packaging Contribute to design development for major projects, including comms and major innovation packaging Work with Portfolio Marketing Manager to refine brand guidelines based on brand strategy.
Manage finished art execution with outsourced resource as required Manage external freelancers and other suppliers to meet requirements and deadlines as required Contribute to final press checks Art directing photoshoots for content creation.
Lead the design component of the design-to-print process Help mentor and guide marketing intern Personal Attributes Curious and passionate about all things design Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work without supervision or instruction Ability to communicate with all levels of management and staff Ability to work as a team and for the benefit of the team Uncompromising pride in self and work High energy and willingness to innovate Skills Proficient in Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, In Design, and Illustrator.
Animation skills are a plus)Knowledge of and experience in print layout, pre-press, and finished art Digital design, including web standards, and UX principles are a plus Knowledge of proofing devices and understanding of print and web colour management Knowledge of the latest design industry trends, techniques, and technologies Education & Experience5+ years' experience working in a design studio, agency, or in-house.
