We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and innovative General Manager to lead the launch and day-to-day operations of this new asset, setting new benchmarks in service, style, and resident satisfaction.
Spanning leasing strategy, financial management, resident engagement, and team development, you will oversee every element of operations with passion, purpose and precision.Key responsibilities include:Drive the property's financial growth by maximising income, exceeding targets, and implement leasing strategies to reduce vacancies and increase renewals Oversee all property operations, ensuring compliance, risk management, and high standards of presentation and service across the asset Execute mobilisation efforts to ensure a seamless launch and flawless operational kick-off Build the ultimate resident experience that exceeds service expectations by implementing feedback-driven improvements.
Develop a high-performing team focused on best in class service and professionalism.
Act as the main liaison between leadership, clients, and partners to ensure fluid communication.
