You'll be part of a team that's reimagining how we manage risk – using data, technology, and continuous assurance to build a stronger, more resilient bank.What you'll do: Support and implement automated controls that improve risk and compliance outcomes across Retail Banking Services (RBS).
Support change initiatives by ensuring new and evolving processes are underpinned by robust automated controls.
Lead continuous assurance efforts, helping to embed a proactive, data-driven approach to risk management.
Conduct and manage Control Assurance Program (CAP) testing, including test script development and reporting on findings.
What you'll bring: We're looking for someone who's curious, analytical, and passionate about making a difference.
Proven experience in automated/application control testing or IT general controls, with a strong operational risk mindset.
Proficiency in SQL and a knack for using data to drive insights and decisions.
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and implementation testing.
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills – you know how to bring people on the journey.
A strategic thinker who can identify risks and opportunities and recommend practical solutions.
Leadership capability and a collaborative, professional approach.
Bonus: Advanced data analytics or programming skills.
