Job Summary: The Master Jeweller will be responsible for designing, creating, and repairing high-quality jewellery pieces. This role requires a high level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various precious metals and gemstones. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in jewellery making and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Jewellery Design and Creation: Design and create custom jewellery pieces based on customer specifications and current trends.

• Jewellery Repair: Perform repairs on various types of jewellery, ensuring high-quality workmanship.

• Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality control checks on all jewellery pieces to ensure they meet our standards.

• Customer Collaboration: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice and creating custom designs.

• Tool and Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and operate jewellery-making tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.

• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in jewellery design and manufacturing.

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a jeweller, with a strong portfolio of previous work.

• Proficiency in working with gold, silver, platinum, and various gemstones.

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful, high-quality jewellery.

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
