Workday Transformation Specialist

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems. They will guide clients through the transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and client-specific needs.
  • Regularly engage and support clients throughout all project phases to ensure smooth transitions from legacy systems to Workday HCM.
  • Perform multiple tasks with minimal direction, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and changes.
  • Take a leadership position on projects or serve as a cognizant Workday product partner lead and delivery assurance reviewer.
  • Utilize hands-on expertise in software configuration, including iLoads, data conversion, and security setup.
  • Mentor fellow consultants and analysts, providing support for shadow assignments and training opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of Workday functional implementation experience necessary.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial software implementation required.
  • Implementing functional solutions with ERP or SaaS software experience essential.
  • Proven ability to gather business requirements, design, prototype, test, and implement practical business solutions under tight deadlines.
