The role for the M3 R Program Manager is to support the Delivery Director in the development and management of the M3 R program.
The role is key to ensuring the M3 R program is developed and implemented to support APAM strategic objectives.
The role will require a suitably experienced and qualified individual who has the ability to work with the M3 R program team and wider stakeholder group the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities: The role's duties and accountabilities include, but are not limited to: Leading and managing successful delivery of assigned tasks within the M3 R project Being a key point of contact for stakeholders in assigned tasks Keeping the stakeholders up to speed with progress in delivery of assigned tasks Ensuring coordination of capital project activities across other business units and program groups Ensuring cross collaboration across BU functions including drawing in APAM SMEs as required to support Project Delivery Ensuring projects are being progressed to meet APAM requirements in delivery of benefits Playing a key role in engagement of internal and external stakeholders Escalating issues/ matters for direction as needed Monitoring the project teams to ensure the brief and scope are being delivered Ensuring tasks and activities are being progressed to meet respective commercial agreement target The successful candidate will have: Tertiary qualified with experience in planning, development and delivery of projects in the Built Environment.
Aviation and airfield program/ project management experience desired Have an understanding of relevant regulations and legislation Have strong financial/commercial acumen including development of business cases and development financial appraisals Be experienced in developing, assessing and evaluation of options (technical and commercial)Have ability to produce results within a given timeframe Have a high level of motivation and proven experience driving project outcomes Have well developed communication skills, both written and verbal and able to communicate at all levels of organisations Ability to make sound decisions and problem solve and provide the business with solutions We understand that not everyone will feel they meet all of these 100%.
