Your Key Responsibilities: Maximize Financial Success – Drive high occupancy and retention while effectively managing budgets, wage costs, and overall financial performance.
Elevate Performance – Coach, mentor, and empower Centre Leadership teams to exceed business and educational goals.
Ensure Compliance & Excellence – Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency .
Champion Our Curriculum – Lead the Reggio Emilia-inspired approach, ensuring best practices in early education.
