About Southern NSW Local Health District:
Covering a large area of southern NSW, including beaches, farmlands, and mountains, serving over 200,000 people across 18 facilities.

Work Location:
Moruya, 305 km south of Sydney and 175 km from Canberra.

Role Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse delivers person-centered nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the healthcare team, providing supervision and support to less experienced clinicians to ensure quality care.
Selection Criteria:

Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
Competencies in multidisciplinary team care
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Application of evidence-based practice and critical thinking
Leadership and change management abilities
Recent clinical experience and commitment to professional development
Ability to prioritize and organize workload with integrity and accountability

Additional Requirements:
This is a Category 'A' position requiring compliance with NSW Health vaccination policies, including influenza vaccination.
