The firm will provide visa sponsorship from the UK & Ireland and offers a highly competitive salary and benefits package including relocation.
Role Profile: The Corporate team operates on a national basis in Australia and you can expect to work on a broad and diverse range of corporate and commercial matters working with clients in both the private and public sector.
The firm has a niche group of corporate lawyers, led by highly-respected Partners in their field.
Candidate Requirements: Ideally, you will have at least one-year PQE (in UK/ Ireland terms) and a demonstrable background in transactional corporate/ commercial matters.
The firm are interested in particular with candidates with experience in: Commercial Contracts Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)Joint Ventures Capital Markets Private Equity You will be seeking a role that allows you to be supported but also to have the autonomy to develop your own commercial clients.
You will be able to identify commercial risk and be commercially-minded in your approach.
