In collaboration with the central SAP teams based in Paris, this role provides critical support to our internal customers on our customised SAP modules (SD/CS, MM) and their roll-out across businesses in the APAC region.
Reporting directly to the SAP Asia Pacific Satellite Manager, the successful candidate will be employed by J&P Richardson Industries Pty Ltd (JPR) on a full-time basis, based in Wacol, a Vinci Energies Australian company.
You will have the opportunity to: Participate in the support, maintenance and training activities of our solution for users based in Asia Pacific (Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia).
Participate in project deployment activities (design, implementation, test phases, change management, training and coordination).
Participate in the analysis of users' business needs and implement appropriate solutions to enrich and improve our processes and solutions.
What you'll bring: Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously, Proven experience in supporting the implementation and maintenance of SAP modules (SD/CS, MM); Adept at building and maintaining strong client/stakeholder relationships; Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels of the organisation; Strong organizational skills.
Demonstrated results-oriented mindset, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget; Excellent written and oral communication skills; and Displays a high level of professional integrity, ethics and sense of service.
Education & Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience as a SAP Business Analyst (preferably S/4 HANA or FSM) or equivalent Degree / Masters qualified with a specialisation in ERP, Information Technology, Finance, Controlling, Logistics & Supply Chain management; Knowledge of SAP or other ERP / Information Systems; Flexible to travel regularly around Australia and throughout Asia; and High level of proficiency in English French, written and verbal (preferable)About Us JPR is one of Australia's longest established Electrical Contracting and Engineering firms in Queensland, offering over 60 years of local experience and proven project delivery.
