Oversees the implementation of the surveillance program and ensures scheduled inspection, testing, and surveillance activities during manufacture and construction are carried out through the coordination and presence of QC Inspectors, Engineers, third parties, inspection and testing subcontractors, etc.

Key Responsibilities / Duties : Ensure the promotion, awareness, and compliance with the Clough Management System.
Develop and implement construction and source inspection planning, surveillance, and scheduling activities.
Monitor and report inspection progress.
Compile service assignment notices to engage subcontract inspection providers for site visits based on criticality, including in-process inspection, monitoring, witnessing tests, and release as specified within ITPs.
Manage notifications to ensure attendance at critical activities such as witness and hold points.
Ensure quality documentation, including verification plans, inspection and test plans, checklists, and standards, is implemented to comply with codes, standards, client specifications, and regulations.
Coordinate with procurement, engineers, site supervisors, and management to report on quality conformance based on inspection and testing.
Communicate inspection findings and evaluate third-party inspection reports and actions.
Attend kick-off meetings to address quality contractual requirements.
Conduct pre-production and pre-inspection meetings with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure understanding of quality control activities.
Review and approve supplier/subcontractor project deliverables to ensure standards and regulations are met.
Review RFQ documents to ensure project quality specifications are adequately defined and addressed.
Develop project ITPs and verification plans.
Review and approve supplier/subcontractor quality deliverables, including MDR dossiers.
Coordinate source inspection activities, ensuring proper testing and traceability of procured items and during construction.
Ensure timely completion of final deliverables for compilation and handover.
Stop work when non-conformance is identified.
Propose and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Perform release activities, including closure of NCRs, CARs, TQs, and issuing inspection and release notes, completion certificates.
Qualifications / Skills :7+ years of experience in a similar role.
Trade Qualification.
Internal or Lead Auditor Qualification.
One or more of the following: IIW / WTIA / CSWIP - Welding Specialist / Inspector.
AS1796 - Certificate 10 - Welding Supervisor.
ACIP - Pressure Equipment Inspector.
ASNT / AINDT / PCN - NDT Certification.
