Emergency Response Assistant

This is a dynamic opportunity to join our team as an Emergency Response Assistant. The role involves providing critical support in emergency situations, ensuring the safety of people and property.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to fire and other emergency incidents
  • Contributing to community education activities promoting safety and emergency preparedness
  • Developing and maintaining competencies through regular drills and training courses

Requirements:
  • Eligibility to apply for or hold a current Blue Card
  • Employer's written consent to attend incidents and emergencies (where applicable)
  • Live or work within a reasonable distance of an auxiliary fire station
  • Australian Permanent Resident Status
  • Manual C Class driver's licence
