Senior Occupational Therapist Role
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality services to individuals, families, and communities.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional care and working independently, exercising sound judgment on routine matters. They will contribute to the evaluation and analysis of guidelines, policies, and procedures applicable to their clinical/professional work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to meet the needs of diverse clients.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualised plans, and maintain accurate records in accordance with company policy and procedures.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, families, and professionals, promoting optimal health outcomes.
  • Pursue research and development opportunities to enhance service delivery and inform policy initiatives.
  • Maintain effective relationships with referrers, stakeholders, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirements:
  • A relevant tertiary degree or higher qualification in Occupational Therapy from a recognised University.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including effective communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and teamwork.
  • A strategic approach to client service delivery and organisational improvement, driving innovation and excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, promote customer satisfaction, and encourage teamwork.
  • Current AHPRA Registration and Yellow Card (NDIS Worker Screening).
