Add expected salary to your profile for insights Location : Toowoomba Employment Type : Full-Time About the Role As the Reporting and Compliance Manager, you'll help Carbal Medical Services stay on track with funding agreements, compliance obligations, and internal policies.
Your work will ensure our reporting is clear, accurate, and demonstrates the positive impact of our services.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, developing practical systems, and supporting teams to meet their commitments.
Some familiarity with quality frameworks and accreditation processes will be helpful, and clinical knowledge or experience would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities Interpret funding agreements and summarise key requirements for staff.
Develop and maintain simple reporting tools and templates to track compliance.
Gather, check, and submit program data and reports on time.
Prepare clear, well-organised reports for funding bodies and internal use.
Support the use of quality management systems to record data, monitor compliance tasks, and keep information up to date.
Extract and analyse data using spreadsheets and reporting software.
Assist with quality activities such as audits and accreditation preparations.
Monitor registers for risks, incidents, and complaints, ensuring follow-up actions are recorded.
Work closely with managers and staff to support a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring Good understanding of compliance and reporting requirements.
Experience preparing reports and working with data.
Confident using spreadsheets and tracking tools to organise information.
Strong written communication and attention to detail.
Organised and able to manage multiple deadlines.
Ability to work well with colleagues and external partners.
Some knowledge of quality management systems or accreditation processes (desirable).
Clinical knowledge or experience would be an advantage.
