Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining momentum on the floor, refining back-of-house systems, and building a high-performing, service-driven team.
Whether you're coaching new staff, fine-tuning service flow, or keeping an eye on stock and numbers, you'll have the autonomy to lead where you're strongest.
Your Role in the Team Run seamless shifts across both front and back of house, keeping energy high and service sharp Inspire and support a close-knit team with structure, guidance, and a positive attitude Maintain top-tier quality in every plate and every guest interaction Own the details — from inventory and rosters to compliance and cost controls Help build a values-led workplace that celebrates culture, people, and purpose What You'll Bring Previous leadership experience in a high-volume hospitality setting (QSR, casual dining, etc.)A natural leader who motivates teams and keeps things moving Confident managing service, kitchen ops, or both Solutions-focused with strong communication and organisational skills RSA and First Aid (or happy to get them)Why You'll Love It Here Earn with confidence: A solid base salary of $65 K–$68 K + super, with the chance to earn up to $6,000 in performance bonuses each year.
