Product Applications Engineer Location: Melbourne or Sydney Responsibilities: The role of this position is primarily to develop, debug and put system solution to production.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: Board level circuit design and implementation Firmware and host API development Develop characterization plan and implement evaluation/test system Work with vendors on putting design to product Debugging issues Customer support Maintain and Develop strong relationships with customers and actively identify and pursue new opportunities Minimum Qualifications: MSEE in EE or related majors Experienced in Board level mixed signal circuit design Firmware development based on C/Cpp Evaluating circuit performance Solid problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills Familiar with common instruments such as spectrum analyzer, signal source and oscilloscope Inquisitiveness and curiosity to learn, creative thinking and problem solving Self-motivated, team player and good communication skills Ability to work under pressure with strong results-driven mindset Experiences in below are considered a plus Simulation/algorithm development tools (matlab, R, …)High level languages (python, javascript)Willingness to travel on short notice For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc.
