You will have: Have demonstrated experience in conducting cost estimation in CCT, ACEIT or True Planning costing tool and knowledge of total cost of ownership estimation Experience in conducting cost estimation assessments in the Defence and Security and Estate sectors, including evaluating the completeness of the estimate, evaluating the credibility of the estimating methodology and evaluating the validity of the cost estimate value Must demonstrate experience in delivering cost estimation services using CCT, ACEIT or True Planning tool.
