WHO YOU ARE: A strategic thinker with a passion for cultivating client relationships and driving impactful campaigns.
You should have 4+ years of experience in account management within the creative sector, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
With exceptional communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a knack for problem-solving, you are adaptable, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a keen eye for detail.
Your responsibilities will include leading client engagements, collaborating with our creative teams, and developing strategies that align with client goals while driving agency growth.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE4+ years' experience as an Account Manager at an agency within the branding, advertising, and communications industry.
Experience working with a diverse range of clients.
Ability to positively nurture client relationships and network.
Not afraid to take a call from a random number.
Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
