Role: Freelance / Contract Sales Exec – Sydney Mission Help Social Chameleon grow in Sydney by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals with mid‑market to enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities Source and qualify potential leads that match Social Chameleon's ideal client profile.
Present and pitch our services to decision-makers, working closely with our UK and Sydney leadership.
Manage the sales cycle from outreach to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Provide regular updates and forecasts to the leadership team; comprising of Head of Commercial & Company CEO.
Ideal Candidate Based in or near Sydney with a strong local network.
Experienced in selling digital marketing, social media, or creative agency services.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a "hunter" mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable working as a contracted freelancer with a flexible schedule.
Compensation Structure We offer flexible compensation , combining an hourly with a competitive commission structure.
