Roles We have several available positions: Project Manager – Melbourne (part-time or full-time, 0.4+ FTE, $negotiable)Senior Functional Lead – Melbourne ($165k package + STI)Developer(s) – Australia-wide (up to $125k package)These are hybrid roles.
We work flexibly and on client site depending on the project.
Start dates: All roles are targeted to begin at latest by September 2025 PM - available part time or full time - minimum 0.4 FTE $negotiable You don't just manage projects—you lead them to outcomes.
Skilled in stakeholder engagement, governance, timelines, and resource planning.
Able to adapt Agile, Waterfall and Prince2 to fit client needs and align with agile tech teams.
Experience leading business or IT transformations is essential—Service Now or similar platforms (e.g.
ERP).
You're an effective communicator and stakeholder manager, with strengths that cross into change management.
Snr Functional Lead - up to $165k package + STI available5+ years consulting experience focused on business outcomes backed by platform capability.
Lead client engagements from scoping through delivery.
Facilitate workshops and work closely with developers on solution design and build.
Experience in greenfield implementations and managing both onshore and offshore teams.
Strong foundation in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, AI, and UX/CX.
Exposure to HRSD, GRC, and ERP modernisation is a plus.
Comfortable working in regulated industries (Finance, Utilities, Public Sector).
Certifications: CSA and 2x CIS's (minimum).
Commitment to ongoing learning is a must.
Developer - up to $125k package1–3 years Service Now development experience.
Versatile role covering implementation and managed support.
CSA required.
Other certs welcome.
Experience building and supporting ITSM, ITOM and CSM solutions.
All roles Ongoing commitment to learning new Service Now skills as well as other technologies that Mazing works with Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Ability to work autonomously and in a team, with strong communication skills Ready to dive in and become a disruptor to the norm to leverage emerging technologies in automation and AIBeneficial - experience with Service Now outside of IT disciplines including but not limited to HRSD, GRC, Sec Ops, Public Sector Beneficial - experience/exposure in other technologies such as Microsoft, SAP, Workday Working Rights Must have existing working rights in Australia.
