
Enterprise Campaign Lead

This role blends deep, hands-on campaign execution with increased responsibility; from managing budgets and reporting to communicating directly with clients and guiding performance across a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
You'll work alongside strategists and producers to deliver high-impact digital campaigns that drive measurable results.
About the Role As an Enterprise Campaign Manager, you'll be focused on execution, building, managing and optimising digital campaigns across paid search, social, and organic platforms.
In addition to being hands-on in the tools, you'll play a key role in monitoring performance and providing direct updates to clients, and internal stakeholders such as Strategists and Producers.
Responsibilities As an Enterprise Campaign Lead, you'll be responsible for: Build and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and Linked In Optimise campaigns using data-led insights to improve ROI and performance Support producers and strategists in delivering a seamless client experience Monitor and ensure campaigns remain on track Create clear, consistent reports and present performance updates to clients and stakeholders Collaborate with content, design, dev and strategy teams to align on campaign execution Use tools like Click Up, Forecast and Harvest to manage tasks and workflows Key Skills and Qualifications We're looking for someone with:4+ years' experience in digital marketing, ideally agency-side Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, SEO and Linked In A solid track record running lead generation and e Commerce campaigns Confidence working with Word Press and campaign reporting tools Strong time management, prioritisation and communication skills A proactive, detail-focused mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities Bonus points if you have experience with: Client-facing WIP updates or reporting Shopify and e Comm performance tracking Project management tools like Click Up, Jira or Monday.com Working within an enterprise delivery or high-volume campaign environment What We Offer?Hybrid Work A balanced mix of in-office and remote work options Revenue Sharing Company-wide revenue share and bonus structure Growth Opportunities Continuous learning and professional development Impactful Work Make a real difference in our clients' success Vibrant Office Culture Regular social events, after-work drinks, and office breakfasts/lunches Office Dogs Available in a variety of shapes and sizes Meet them on our team page: smithbrothersmedia.com.au/who-we-are-2 Join Smith Brothers MediaIf you're ready to stay hands-on while stepping into a more senior, performance-focused role, we'd love to hear from you.
