Award winning National practice is looking for a passionate senior architect to play a key leadership role in their Sydney studio.
With an established client base and pipeline they are seeking an architect who is working at least Associate level.
Lead projects from DA approval to completion but also contribute to the wider leadership of the studio.
Key Responsibilities

Work closely with clients and teams on projects
Support the growth of the Sydney team and contribute to aspects of practice management
Play a key role in the leadership of large multi residential projects
Provide key technical expertise in the leadership of projects from DA approval to completion
Work closely with other leaders and share your expertise
Lead and grow a team within a supportive and collaborative culture

Skills and Experience

Fantastic all round skills but particularly in multi residential sector
Strong awareness of Design Practitioner requirements
Proven ability to lead projects and teams through all stages
Experience gained on a diversity of projects including mixed use, student housing, multi res, commercial, hotels etc
Experience gained in high quality practices
Outstanding communication skills
Collaborative and inclusive personality
Revit skills
