We're currently seeking a Refurbishment Specialist to join our team—someone who thrives on solving complex challenges, values collaboration, and is motivated by the opportunity to create lasting impact for our customers.

In this role, you'll be the go-to technical expert for TLO refurbishment projects, working closely with cross-functional teams and customers across the APAC region.

Your insights will help shape smarter processes, improve product performance, and ensure we continue to deliver exceptional service and support.

Specifically, you will be: Acting as the technical lead for refurbishment projects, ensuring quality and reliability at every step.

Collaborating with engineering, procurement, and workshop teams to deliver practical, customer-focused solutions.

Leading investigations, managing upgrades, and driving improvements based on real-world feedback.

Supporting inventory planning and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Building strong relationships with stakeholders and contributing to a culture of trust, fairness, and continuous improvement.

A tertiary qualification in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).

At least 3 years of hands-on experience with mining equipment installation and commissioning.
