18-month graduate program in Technology at Rabobank, offering domestic and international rotations, comprehensive development, and a flexible hybrid work environment.
Your Role Key responsibilities include: Participating in an 18-month program with three core stream rotations in architecture, design, hardware, software, networking, and cyber security.
Developing technical skills across Infrastructure, Systems, and Cyber Security before specializing in a chosen field.
Completing three short-term rotations within risk and compliance, operations, and a regional branch.
Engaging in a potential short-term international rotation at the global head office in Utrecht, Netherlands.
Collaborating with colleagues in Sydney's head office, regional and rural branches, and international teams.
Contributing to Rabobank's mission of supporting clients in the food and agribusiness sector through digital innovation.
About You The ideal candidate will have: Final year undergraduate or postgraduate student status, or have graduated within the last three years.
Availability to start full-time employment from February 2026.
A relevant degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
Demonstrated knowledge and interest in technology and the chosen field.
Passion for the food and agribusiness industry (advantageous).
Self-motivation with strong planning and organizational skills.
Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
