Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in a two-year structured graduate program with rotations across the Business 2 Business (B2B) department, including the BID team (Tenders to customers), Customer Experience, Ampol Card Product team, Lubricants Product Marketing team, Commercial, and Card.
  • Gaining hands-on experience and building a broad skill set through exposure to different business areas.
  • Engaging in tailored learning and development activities designed for early-career professionals.
  • Collaborating with leaders and teams throughout each rotation, leading to a permanent full-time placement post-program.
About You

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Tertiary qualification in Commerce and recent graduation.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and drive commercial objectives.
  • Agile and adaptive mindset to navigate changing environments and priorities.
  • Commercial and strategic thinking to support business growth and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Passion for developing critical skills necessary for professional growth and leadership in a fast-paced, commercial, and strategic B2B environment.
