Your Role

Key responsibilities include :

  • Participating in a two-year graduate program with structured rotations across different business areas.
  • Gaining hands-on experience in the Distribution department, including Reliability and Maintenance, Tanks, and Projects.
  • Engaging in tailored learning and development activities designed for early-career professionals.
  • Collaborating with leaders and teams throughout rotations prior to permanent placement.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess :

A tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering and recent graduation.Strong technical knowledge and hands-on work experience in maintenance functions.A pro-active mindset with strong initiative and adaptability.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.A passion for developing critical skills necessary for professional growth, leadership, and a safety mindset.
