Global Client Operating Officer

This role provides global client oversight from a service and delivery perspective.
You will join the Institutional Services function, delivering a holistic approach to each client relationship across asset managers, asset owners, insurance companies, and official institutions globally.
Our client-facing functions collaborate to provide the best solutions and services across locations, products, and capabilities.
What You Will Be Responsible For Leadership – Create a culture where people strive to do their best and continuously improve client delivery; effectively manage direct and virtual teams; support talent development and succession planning; emphasis on service resiliency through training and cross-training.
Deliver Service Excellence – Create an integrated operating model across product jurisdictions and centers; act as escalation point for unresolved client service items; identify internal improvements to optimize end-to-end client service delivery.
Active Global Governance – Provide global governance framework to enhance locally delivered solutions; oversee regular local and global service reviews with the client; lead monthly meetings to review KPIs, issues, and new products/asset classes.
Accountability for Client Satisfaction on Service and Delivery – Focus on action items related to global service delivery and resolving service issues; create operational value that defends and grows the client book.
Commercial Excellence – With Client Executives, identify new opportunities; formulate and deliver value propositions, focusing on foundational, higher-margin solutions; measure client P&L and identify revenue and expense improvement opportunities; review losses and opportunities for improvement.
Build the Future – Engage with product management for client perspective on new product development; address needs related to regulation and other solutions; drive Front to Back service model as the blueprint for other clients; coordinate with service providers to standardize and document the operating model.
