Some of the practical activities of the role include: Assisting senior staff with investigations for contaminated sites, groundwater, asbestos, site remediation, acid sulfide soils, and waste classification.
Visiting various sites in residential, industrial, and rural areas to undertake environmental and geo-environmental assessments.
Conducting field investigations including sampling of soil, groundwater, surface water, and over-water sediments related to site assessments.
Organizing field investigations and managing subcontractors.
Adhering to relevant Work Health and Safety requirements.
Using QGIS and other specialized software to analyze projects and identify solutions.
Preparing proposals and writing reports for site investigations and inspections.
Training and Development: Exposure to the entire project lifecycle.
Direct access to highly technical Senior Engineers and Scientists.
Ongoing professional development courses.

About You: Bachelor's Degree in: Engineering - Environmental Sciences - Geology, Environmental, Groundwater Other criteria: Possession of a valid Australian driver's license.
