Product Manager, ICT/Digital Assurance Temporary full-time position until 14/8/2026 DCS Clerk Grade 11/12 ($149,739 - $173,174 base + super)Location: Sydney (Hybrid working options available within NSW)Shape the future of NSW Government digital investments Are you ready to lead ICT/Digital Assurance across a diverse and high-profile program environment? The Department of Customer Service is looking for a strategic and dynamic Manager, ICT/Digital Assurance to lead the implementation of our Digital Assurance Framework, and to provide assurance, insight and confidence across major digital investments.

In this pivotal role, you will: Lead assurance across complex, high-value ICT and digital programs Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and investment outcomes Provide high-level advice to senior stakeholders on performance, risks, and opportunities Influence and build trusted relationships across government and industry Shape the governance and transparency of NSW's digital investments We are seeking an experienced Assurance Leader with strong understanding of ICT/digital project delivery, governance and stakeholder engagement in dynamic, large-scale environments.

You will bring strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to influence at all levels to drive better outcomes for NSW citizens.

Help ensure that NSW's digital investments deliver value and impact.
