Salary and Features of the Position
Associate / Senior Associate: $140,000 – $190,000 + super (depending on experience) Flexible 3:2 hybrid model with options for full-time or permanent part-time Exposure to M&A, project development, regulatory and finance work Engage with major transactions in energy, tech, and infrastructure sectors Structured mentoring, career forecasting, and genuine merit-based progression Access to large-scale matters with strong internal collaboration Friendly, open firm culture with regular networking and social events Convenient Sydney CBD office with modern, high-spec setup No portable client base required About the Position This role is suited to lawyers with a background in M&A, projects or finance who are keen to focus on energy, infrastructure and tech transactions.
You will support the delivery of end-to-end solutions across acquisition, feasibility, regulatory compliance, financing, and development phases.
Work on corporate and commercial matters tied to energy, technology, and infrastructure projects Assist with project acquisitions, joint ventures, due diligence, and financing structures Contribute to project advisory across feasibility, grid, compliance, and operational issues Handle client relationships directly and work closely with a high-performing partner team Collaborate with colleagues nationally on headline transactions Key Requirements Minimum 3 years PAE in corporate, commercial, projects, or finance Exposure to energy, infrastructure or technology sectors desirable but not essential Strong drafting, analytical, and advisory skills A proactive, commercial mindset with attention to detail Enjoys working collaboratively and building client trust If you are interested in applying for this role you can apply now through the link below.
