The Role Step into a pivotal role where your expertise in contracts shapes the heart of Tas Water's operations.
You'll be the linchpin connecting our Operations teams, the Operational Contracts Manager, and Supply Chain Services driving smart, seamless contract execution and helping build a high-performance environment across the organisation.
If you're passionate about turning frameworks into impact, this is where your strategic energy meets real-world results.
Assist Operations teams in the management of contracts to ensure that Tas Water's objectives are met.
Ensure all required contractual documentation and record keeping is maintained in accordance with quality and governancestandards and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
Partner with Supply Chain Services to design and launch high-value tenders and commercial agreements.
Analyse contractor performance targets and provide regular reporting to relevant stakeholders.
Spark continuous improvement by identifying gaps and driving smarter, more agile contract processes.
Champion consistent, streamlined contract oversight across diverse operational functions.

Proficient in Microsoft Suite.

The Details This role can be based in either Hobart, Launceston, or Devonport and attracts a salary of $98,763 - $104,249 (inclusive of superannuation).
