Urangan State High School is seeking an enthusiastic and flexible educational leader to join our executive leadership team as a permanent Deputy Principal.This role is one of four Deputy Principal positions within the executive team, with the specific portfolio to be negotiated on appointment as part of a broader leadership renewal.This is a permanent leadership position offering the chance to make a lasting impact within a vibrant and forward-focused school.About Our SchoolUrangan State High School is an award-winning school with around 1,400 students from Years 7 to 12.
We are a school with momentum, focused on renewal, innovation, and excellence.To support high-quality curriculum implementation, students commence later on Mondays and Fridays, providing teachers with 110 minutes of collaborative planning time each week.
This initiative strengthens curriculum alignment, enhances teaching practice, and improves staff work/life balance.
