Lotus Commercial is a commercial kitchen service business with 30 years' experience servicing the hospitality industry and corporate businesses. Services include kitchen filter exchange, canopy, exhaust cleaning, air conditioning filter maintenance, and various sanitization services.
The OpportunityWe are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our busy scheduling team in Cairns. This role requires previous service coordination and scheduling experience, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities- Contact customers via telephone to schedule jobs efficiently and effectively in accordance with agreed service schedules
- Edit existing and new customer details in the Simpro operating system
- Document changes on the roster each day, including employee sick days, customer cancellations, job notes, access requirements, and inductions
- Support operational resources in creating and maintaining service schedules
- Liaise with operational resources to process short-term changes to the operational service schedule
- E nsure customer specifics, access keys, and security codes are current and available for each job
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Planning and organization skills to prioritize and administer multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to work efficiently and produce high-quality results with minimal resources
- Initiative to take action without request or intervention from others
- Self-sufficiency to produce superior results working independently
- Self-motivation to stay organized and focused on results
- IT literacy and ability to learn quickly, with knowledge of Excel
