Scheduling Coordinator

Job Description

This role involves coordinating the scheduling of jobs, ensuring effective communication with clients, providing administrative support and guaranteeing smooth day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive schedule for job assignments
  • Maintain open lines of communication with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Provide administrative assistance to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
Requirements
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders
  • Appointment Scheduling: Proficiency in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Administrative Assistance: Ability to provide administrative support as needed
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills and ability to resolve issues promptly
