Patient Care Assistant

We're currently seeking three Patient Care Assistants (PCAs) to work in our Rehabilitation Ward — supporting clinicians and delivering high-quality care to our patients.
About the Role
As a PCA, you'll play a vital role in helping patients with daily living activities and maintaining a safe, efficient ward environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting patients with personal care and mobility
Supporting safe patient transport and manual handling
Cleaning and preparing beds and equipment
Restocking supplies to support daily ward function
About You
You are compassionate, team-oriented, and ready to make a real impact.
You will have:
A Certificate III in Health Care (or similar)
Experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting (preferred)
Excellent communication and time management skills
Knowledge of infection control and safe manual handling practices
A positive, can-do attitude
Remuneration
$29.47 – $31.40 per hour + super + penalties, based on experience and qualifications (GPH Support Services Level 3).
