The Role of an Aged Care Assistant

This position involves supporting our residents with their daily needs, ensuring they maintain their independence and wellbeing. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing safe and timely assistance with personal care functions such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
  • Assisting residents with self-care activities and supporting them to make informed decisions about their lives.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for our residents.

This is a part-time role, predominantly afternoon shifts with occasional morning and nights. Our team values strong clinical and allied health support, providing opportunities for career progression and development.
