The ideal candidate has a tertiary qualification in business management, leadership or project management, or healthcare management, with a proven track record in operational management, team leadership, and financial performance. They will lead teams through change, growth, and improvement initiatives, with a leadership approach grounded in communication, empathy, and continuous improvement.

Key areas of focus include strategic & business leadership, operational management, financial stewardship, people & culture, risk & compliance, stakeholder engagement, technology & innovation, and environmental, social & governance (ESG). The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence and delivering patient-first outcomes.
