About the Role We're looking for a commercially astute National Finance Manager to partner directly with the Managing Director and Board.
You'll play a key role in shaping business strategy, leading equity and debt funding processes, and managing end-to-end financial operations across a growing portfolio of development projects and business units.
This is a rare opportunity to have visibility and influence at the highest level — and to own the financial engine room of a dynamic, multi-site business.
Key Responsibilities Lead all financial functions including reporting, compliance, treasury and budgeting Develop and present financial models, investor packs, and funding proposals Manage capital raising processes and relationships with banks and equity partners Oversee feasibility modelling, project cash flow and debt facility utilisation Deliver rolling forecasts, board reports, and scenario analysis Drive system and process improvements to boost accuracy and efficiency Mentor and lead a small, capable finance team What We're Looking For CPA or CA qualified with 5+ years in senior financial leadership Strong experience in capital raising, funding, and stakeholder negotiation Hands-on, commercial mindset and comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills Experience in property, real estate or funds management (desirable)Familiarity with AFSL reporting or PE-backed businesses (advantageous)Why Join Us?Work directly with the MD to shape group-wide strategy and growth Lead capital raising and investor relations across major developments Join a nimble team where your decisions have immediate impact Location: O'Connor, WAJob Type: Full-time Seniority Level: Senior leadership Ready to step into a pivotal role where you'll influence strategy, funding, and performance across a growing national platform?Apply now and help shape the next chapter of KBH Group.
