Work / life balance with access to flexible work arrangements Deloitte is currently seeking a SAP Security Specialist to join our Technology and Transformation team in Sydney (open to locations such as Melbourne and Brisbane for the right candidate).
About the team You will help shape and deliver end-to-end SAP security-related projects, bringing your delivery experience and technical expertise to help achieve successful outcomes for our clients and teams.
You will also work with our leadership team to guide and upskill junior staff.
What will your typical day look like?Act as the SAP security subject matter expert and key point of contact on large-scale SAP-driven transformation programs, coordinating with teams across Deloitte and our clients, including planning, design, build, testing, cutover, and support.
Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, sharing insights from your experience on SAP security challenges and solutions.
Continuously learn and stay updated on technology trends and developments in SAP security.
Collaborate with leadership to promote the development, sharing, and utilization of technical knowledge within the team.
Expand your expertise beyond SAP security into related areas such as cloud security and enterprise identity and access management.
About you5+ years of experience in SAP security.
Delivered at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project (S/4 HANA experience preferred) or multiple security-specific projects like access remediation.
Experience with Fiori design and development.
Understanding of SAP security architecture, including Basis controls, cloud controls, HANA database, and various deployment models (private cloud, public cloud).
Experience configuring SAP GRC 12.0 Access Controls.
Exposure to SAP Identity and Access Management 8.0, including capabilities, integration, or configuration.
Awareness of SAP cloud platform and experience configuring security for SAP cloud products (e.g., Concur, Ariba).
Ability to collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to translate requirements into SAP security designs.
Experience developing and executing testing plans, supporting User Acceptance Testing.
Excellent communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
Willingness to upskill in related security domains such as enterprise Identity and Access Management and cloud security.
