This is an opportunity to join an organisation in the legal sector Build your portfolio legal career with this well-known business About You: You are a finance law specialist with experience in general finance, securitisation, equity, derivatives, structured finance or debt capital markets You have the ability to apply specialist legal knowledge and interpersonal skills to work with an internal team and clients on a wide range of complex finance transactions You have the ability to review and negotiate legal documentation for complex structured financial transactions You have the ability to identify key legal and transactional issues and have the ability to discuss and find resolutions with internal team and clients You have the ability to confidently and effectively negotiate with counterparts You have the ability to liaise with parties to manage matter completion and post-closing work You have recently worked in a private practice environment You have the ability to hit the ground running and work closely with a fast paced team You have the ability to work autonomously and prioritise You have a minimum of 6 years' experience You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business You have a current practising certificate You have the right to live and work in Australia Ashurst Reach: Ashurst Reach is Ashurst's dedicated flexible legal resourcing platform which provides the firm's clients and Practice Groups within the firm with access to a high quality talent pool of lawyers and paralegals.
