Key responsibilities Carry out construction tasks such as cementing, paving, and building retaining walls Maintain a high-standard, award-winning horticultural site Operate tools and machinery including zero-turn mowers Perform grounds maintenance: mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, planting, and pest control Plan daily work schedules and oversee team productivity and safety Complete site paperwork: pre-starts, Take 5s, daily reports, SWMSCommunicate professionally with clients and maintain a positive site presence Maintain, program, and repair irrigation systems Monitor plant and soil health, conduct tests, and apply treatments Support seasonal planting and small design enhancements Identify and report site issues or opportunities for improvement Enforce WHS practices across the team Conduct regular site inspections for quality and safety Mentor and support junior staff Assist with basic pricing and estimating tasks What you will need Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks and Gardens Certificate III in Landscape Construction Driver's license National Police Check Working with Children Check The benefits of joining our team Training from industry experts Above award wages and penalty rates with regular reviews Uniforms provided – short and long-sleeve sets Full-time permanent benefits (Annual leave, Sick days, RDOs)A positive work culture where you feel like part of the team from day one Opportunities for career progression and ongoing development We're here to help you be the + and shape a future you're proud of.
