This person must be able to communicate with a variety of different audiences and must have strong presentation skills.
The ability to lead technical groups along with handling critical customer issues is important for this role.
You will be tasked with evaluating end-user business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and developing and implementing the appropriate technical solutions.
This role will require a hybrid working arrangement in a state-of-the-art Brisbane city office.
Responsibilities Act as Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring team alignment and delivery cadence Lead business analysis activities including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and process mapping Champion Design Thinking practices to ensure solutions are user-centric and grounded in operational realities Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Engineers, and Architect to translate business needs into actionable technical work Drive continuous improvement in team practices, delivery quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Working Conditions: On-site / Hybrid Brisbane Contract Technical Requirements: Proven experience as a BA in technology or industrial domains, preferably with exposure to AI or data-driven solutions Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience facilitating small cross-functional teams Skilled in Design Thinking, with a track record of applying it to complex problem spaces.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in operational or field environments Experience in mining, manufacturing, or heavy industry is a plus Minimum of a Permanent Resident Visa to apply.
