At Expert Energy Tasmania, we specialize in premium solar and battery solutions, helping homeowners and businesses reduce their energy costs.
Our team is small but dedicated, and we're looking to hire another Administrative Assistant to join us and help keep the wheels turning.
No prior experience or knowledge of solar is required, but if you're interested in the energy sector, that's definitely a bonus We pride ourselves on our family-friendly work environment and understand the importance of work-life balance.
What You'll Be Doing:

Answering calls and emails—responding to customer inquiries and providing top-notch service.
Managing schedules—helping to organize meetings, appointments, and other administrative tasks.
Handling data and documents using Google Sheets and Google Drive.
Supporting the team with a variety of administrative duties as needed.
Providing excellent customer service through email, phone, and in-person interactions.

What We're Looking For:

Clear communication—written and spoken English is a must
Ability to handle multiple tasks at once—answering calls, replying to emails, and completing admin tasks.
Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive) is essential.
Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
A positive attitude and a great personality—we're looking for someone who fits well with our friendly team.
In-office role only—this is a position where you'll be working directly from the office.
