The successful applicant should have an advanced knowledge of student wellbeing processes, the ability to manage students and promote positive relationships between students, staff, parents and the local community.
The successful applicant will ideally apply their professional knowledge and understanding of contemporary instructional strategies to promote teaching, learning and student wellbeing within the school community.
You should create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students (including students with disabilities) focussing on the development of the whole child.
The successful applicant should display a good understanding of the case management of students, knowledge of effective intervention, monitoring and reporting strategies, including attendance and the analysis of data.
You will also ideally possess the ability to provide direction and purpose to staff, build team capacity, capabilities and cohesion and promote an environment of positive academic learning experiences for all students.
You should have high standards of professionalism and be culturally responsive.
