We are seeking a Digital Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team, helping to provide exceptional service, content expertise and technical support/solutions to our Borrow Box customers.

A passion for books, audiobooks, and digital content.
Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new digital systems Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level.
Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
Experience in a tech business, bookselling or digital publishing is an advantage.
