Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic account planning, training delivery, and relationship building.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality training sessions to clients across various locations, ensuring they receive tailored support to meet their needs.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying opportunities to enhance client engagement and drive revenue growth.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective training programs, leveraging your expertise in adult learning principles and technology-enabled solutions.

  • Analyze client feedback and metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize training outcomes, continually improving the overall customer experience.

  • Leverage your knowledge of the Australian legal landscape to provide expert guidance on LexisNexis products and services, positioning us as a trusted partner for our clients.

Requirements:

  • LAW degree or a good understanding of the Australian legal framework.

  • Experience in customer success, customer relationship management, or a related field, preferably within the legal industry.

  • Proven track record of delivering successful training programs, with expertise in eLearning platforms and adult learning principles.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Familiarity with Boolean and free text search principles, with a solid understanding of the digital landscape.

  • Australian work authorization and willingness to travel to client sites as required.
