We are currently looking for a proactive Payroll Officer to join their team on a permanent basis.
This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to enhance their skills in payroll, embrace new challenges, and contribute to building effective partnerships that drive organisational success and growth.
About the Role: Reporting to the Payroll Manager and working collaboratively amongst a close knit team, the role will include but not be limited to: Process high-volume payroll for a large workforce, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
Administer employee records, including new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and benefits enrolment.
Reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accuracy of deductions, taxes, and other withholdings.
Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees, providing clear and timely responses.
Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to management, HR, and finance departments.
Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive payroll information.
About You: We are seeking a Payroll Officer with a desire to expand their payroll career.
Ideally you will have demonstrated history of effectively managing payroll processing and ensuring precise and timely employee compensation.
The ideal candidate will excel in maintaining efficient payroll operations, resolving issues promptly, and contributing to a positive work environment.
With a focus on delivering exceptional service and optimising payroll processes, this individual will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's overall success and operational efficiency.
The ideal individual will have a reliable and positive attitude and have a keen eye for detail.
Kronos system usage advantageous.
