The role will lead and implement our talent development practices that leverage AI Solutions to drive greater operational efficiencies as part of our talent transformation.

Key Responsibilities Talent Development Identify training needs in collaboration with HQ and Operations Directors to create development programs to enhance employees' skills, productivity, and career growth Coordinate and manage our solutions-led business leveraging AI tools to develop a regular communication plan to keep all talents informed and engaged, and to identify local solutions that will benefit specific business units and/or talents Serve as the primary point of contact for HQ for all initiatives; work in close collaboration with key stakeholders to design and deliver regular learning and development sessions Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee wellbeing, engagement, and satisfaction Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through various engagement activities and programs Design and deliver our internal talent engagement programs such as our annual Kick Off, midyear Refuel Retreats, end of year Christmas Party, and more Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Champion DEIB initiatives to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce Collaborate with HR and senior management to develop and implement DEIB strategies and policies Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) & Environmental Sustainability Lead CSR initiatives to support community engagement and social impact Develop and implement sustainability programs to promote environmental responsibility within the organisation Local & Global Collaboration Work closely with our HR Director, Senior Management, HQ, and Group departments to support our team's success in embracing and implementing the appropriate innovation, process, and workflow tools to deliver overall business objectives Required Hard Skills Proven experience leading engagement programs and driving a transformation culture within an organisation A passion for talent development utilising AI tools and initiatives within a corporate and/or events company Background in design and execution of talent engagement programs Excellent communication and training skills Knowledge of DEIB, CSR, and environmental sustainability practices Required Soft Skills Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Ability to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture Passion about employee wellbeing and engagement Innovative and strategic thinking Benefits and Opportunities MCI does not just offer jobs.
